Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 states in the USA, including most P.O. Boxes, as well as US military (APO / FPO / DPO) addresses. Large framed orders are sometimes too big for P.O. Boxes. If that happens, we will email you for an alternate address.

Processing time: Each framed map is custom made by our print partner and typically takes about 4 to 6 business days before it ships. During peak seasons, processing may take a bit longer.

Holiday timing: For delivery by December 24 within the continental US, we recommend placing your order by December 9 based on current production and carrier estimates. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and remote locations may take longer.

Shipping carriers: Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, depending on destination and package size. Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.

Framed orders: All framed maps arrive fully assembled and ready to hang. Each order includes the necessary hanging hardware, so no extra accessories are needed.
