Returns & Exchanges

Each Nifty Mapworks print is made to order by our print and framing partner. While the artwork is not personalized with names or custom text, your framed map is still produced specifically for you and cannot be easily restocked.

Because of this, we are not able to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size choice, or orders arriving later than expected when they were shipped within the quoted production window. In rare cases we may approve a return for non-damaged items. If approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and we may charge a restocking fee.

We always want you to be happy with your order, so if there is any issue, reach out and we will do our best to help.


Damaged or defective orders

If your item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, contact us at info@niftymapworks.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a few photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will replace the item at no cost to you.


Shipping time expectations

Our production and shipping estimates are based on the latest information from our supplier and carriers, and we work to keep them as up to date as possible. During peak seasons or unexpected carrier delays, production and transit times can fluctuate and may extend beyond the typical window. These delays are outside our control and do not qualify as a damaged or defective order.
